I needed AC& furnace replaced 2017 summer. I wanted Lennox hi-efficiency for both. So I got Joel HVAC's number from the Lennox site. He was very knowledgeable & professional. His quote was reasonable. As soon as he got the units he came over & replaced them. He was also courteous. He explained the technology in layman's terms. He is friendly as well. I am selling my house and I was told I needed to replace my furnace . I was stressed out because I knew it was going to cost a lot of money. I went on line to find a reputable HVAC company and came across Joel's Heating and Cooling. I read reviews and my gut told me to go with them. I called and spoke with Joel who said he can come out same day. I have to say in today's world people will take advantage of situations. Joel inspected my unit and said it needed to be cleaned and minor replacements needed to be done but that I did not need a new furnace like another company suggested. Thank Joel for being a man with integrity because there are not to many people that have that. May God bless you and I will always be a big fan of yours and will refer you to everyone I know.

I called Joel after my air conditioner started acting up. He quickly returned my call and was able to come out the same day. He identified the problem and was able to fix the air conditioner within a couple of hours. He was super responsive, professional and reasonably priced. My A/C unit stopped working at 8pm so I called as many AC companies as I could first thing the next morning. Joel got back to me within 15 minutes of leaving a voicemail, and he was at my house fixing the capacitor within 4 hours on a 90 degree day. He quickly fixed the problem and I felt the pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Joel for repairs and service.

Greatly recommend Joel’s hvac!! My heater started acting yesterday and today’s is -18 below!!!! I called him yesterday and he promised to come either late ladtnight or today morning which he did!!! He quoted me for the job but since the part was very expensive he went threw the trouble of shopping around for a least expensive one!! He found it and job well done working within an hour. I just had Joel out this morning to fix my broken Air Conditioner. I messaged him last night on facebook and he responded right away and said he could be here at 8am. He was able to identify a few problems and fix them for a fair price. He was here for an hour and 45 minutes, and very friendly and professional. And the house is already down to the right temp in just a few minutes. His work is warrantied for a year. I asked for prices on thermostats too and he will be coming back to replace them. I asked for prices on a humidifier too and I love that he was not pressuring in any way. Also my dog liked him and she is even more picky than I am!

Great work, very professional, and very knowledgable at a reasonable price. Had issue with leaking radiator, he came out diagnosed issue and fixed it. It ended up not even being the radiator but had the tools and materials to fix it anyways. Not the first time I’ve used him and definitely not the last.
